The Y Factor

Gwyneth has arranged a Y Factor session at the local village hall. She is less than pleased with the quality of the acts but with a coveted prize of a performance on a well known TV programme on offer expectations are running high. When one of the contestants is murdered the competition grinds to a halt and everyone is a suspect. Was Bob really driving his bus? Does Marjorie have what it takes to be a beauty consultant? And just what is a St. Bauhau?

The Lympton Players’ Christmas Dinner
6 Female 3 Male
The Lympton Players meet in a room in a local pub for their annual Christmas dinner. With staff shortages and flu going round and then the director insisting there is time for a rehearsal between courses, it doesn’t look like being a good evening.
There are more shocks in store when the director gets shot and accusations fly. Can your audience pick up the clues and guess the murderer?

With a celebrated hypnotist to entertain your audience you can’t go wrong.
Who will volunteer to go on stage? Is the hypnotist brave enough to take suggestions from the audience? With tensions mounting and a murderer ready to commit the dastardly deed the police must surely be on their way.

Two new volunteers arrive but when a bag containing a large amount of cash is donated, loyalties are tested to the full. Will the money be handed over to the police or should they book a world cruise?

When her husband drops in on their rehearsal the leading actress finds herself torn between her love of family and love of work.
