Murder Mystery Day
Sky Blue Theatre’s Murder Mystery Experience will include;
Sky Blue Theatre will provide:
1. Three Professional Classically trained Actors - The actors will create the desired atmosphere, communicate the story and ensure the smooth running of the Murder Mystery. They will remain in character throughout the whole event, providing services as both, entertainer and host.
2. One supervisor - Also professionally trained but working in an intermediary position, ensuring clear communication between the actors, Great Tangley Manor representatives, and the client to ensure the smooth running and effective timing of the event.
3. One expert for technical assistance when necessary
4. Any costumes, props and make-up - Sky Blue Theatre may deem necessary for the performances.
5. Any technical equipment - Sky Blue Theatre deems necessary for the event. (The basic Murder Mystery Package will include minimal technical effects, upgrades available based on budget)
6. Prizes for winners - These can be adapted to include corporate merchandising (Level and monetary value of Prizes to be agreed upon by both Sky Blue Theatre and the Client prior to the event as this will impact sufficiently on the projected costs. The option will be available for the client to provide their own prizes should they wish)
And a basic itinerary may run as follows:
09:30 – Arrival - Coffee – Coffee to be served by actors assuming the role of eccentric, inefficient, interfering and comedic Great Tangley Manor staff. The supervisor will give an informal talk about what the day entails.
10:00 – Clue Finding Trail – Guests work in teams, deciphering clues and collecting evidence from accessible areas of the venue both interior and exterior (weather permitting). Evidence collected will be relevant to incidents and characters involved in the murder. Actors will assist, in character.
12:20 – A murder is announced. Guests are informed of a murder that has taken place and details of the victim, murder weapon, location, time etc are given.
12:30 – Lunch – actors serve the guests. The actors will gossip, divulging how they knew the victim and giving opinions of the victim’s character.
13:15 – Teams are given full instructions and clue sheets by the supervisor.
13:35 – Murder mystery solving begins - Teams collect visual, and aural clues and record important details with time for discussion and brain storming.
15:35 – Actors serve coffee – clue sheets with answers are collected for assessment by the supervisor.
15:55 – The murderer is unmasked and prizes are awarded.
16:30 – End of day.
The above package including both the supply and execution of a whole day’s Murder Mystery Experience with a first prize limit of £50 comes at a proposed basic cost of
£1000 per group per day
This is the price for the basic package based on a group of 10-20 there is of course the option to upgrade to a larger package for bigger groups of simply for those with a little extra to spend on their day.
Follywood Filming Day
Sky Blue Theatre’s Filming Day Experience will include;
Sky Blue Theatre will provide:
1. Three teams of 5 with one actor dedicated to each team – The actor will support the team when necessary, focussing on team and communication skills and encouraging commitment and understanding of the shared goal, ensuring that there is a clear learning component to the event.
2. One supervisor - working in partnership with teams, actors and Tangley Manor representatives to ensure the smooth running and effective timing of the event.
3. One expert for technical assistance when necessary.
4. Any costumes, props and make-up - Sky Blue Theatre may deem necessary for the performances.
5. Cameras, lap top and technical equipment - Sky Blue Theatre deems necessary for the filming events.
6. Equipment for Team Building games.
7. Prizes for winners - (Level and monetary value of Prizes to be agreed upon by both Sky Blue Theatre and the Client prior to the event as this will impact sufficiently on the projected costs. The option will be available for the client to provide their own prizes should they wish)

13:15 - Groups and team leaders chosen
13:20 – Team leaders choose boxes. (The boxes contain instructions, costumes, make-up and props. Directors, camera operators and actors roles are decided)
13:30 – Groups commence work on their filming project (this could be an advert, news item, pop video or company promotion. Teams choose film locations, indoor or outdoor)
15:45 – Filming concludes, (teams hand in cameras, get changed and remove make-up. Actors prepare equipment to show the videos)
16:00 – Coffee Break
16:30 – All come together to watch adverts
17:30 - Oscar awards
18:00 – End of the day
As Well as the unique experience to Direct and star in your own piece of television, Sky Blue Theatre will also provide a number of Team Building games, used to break up the day and focus on team work, trust and communication skills in a fun and friendly environment. This is one game where what counts really is the taking part!

£2000 per group per day
